We are a 10-bed, OFSTED-registered supported accommodation service dedicated to empowering care leavers and unaccompanied asylum-seeking children (UASC).
Situated in the heart of Westbourne — a safe and vibrant community between Bournemouth and Poole — our home benefits from excellent transport links, offering easy access to Bournemouth & Poole College, Bournemouth University, healthcare services, a wide range of leisure facilities, and a variety of places of worship. We are also just a short stroll from beautiful sandy beaches, providing a positive and uplifting environment.
Operating 24/7, our service delivers consistent, high-quality support, enabling young people to build confidence, resilience, and the practical skills needed for successful independent living.
Each resident receives a warm and thoughtful welcome, including complimentary toiletries, fresh towels, and a food parcel to help them settle in comfortably.
We utilise the Nourish digital care planning system to design, monitor, and review personalised support plans, ensuring every young person’s needs are met with professionalism, accountability, and care

Our staff team is highly trained, experienced, and genuinely committed to delivering compassionate, person-centred support. Collectively, they bring a wealth of experience from a wide range of care settings, enabling them to respond effectively to the diverse needs of the young people we support.
We are proud to have a diverse workforce representing different races, ages, and cultures, with several team members being multilingual. This diversity strengthens our ability to provide culturally sensitive and inclusive support.
All staff receive comprehensive mandatory training, including safeguarding, trauma-informed care, health and safety, fire safety, food safety, infection control, first aid, and Managing Challenging Behaviour & Breakaway Techniques (Level 3). In addition to core training, we provide needs-led, specialist training to ensure our team can effectively meet the specific and individual needs of each young person.
